UNITI
Coordination that moves with the unit.
UNITI is the indigenous unit-operations platform for distributed Indian Defence formations. Unit comms, day-to-day coordination, and shared operational awareness — engineered to keep working when the network doesn't.

Posture
Field-Hardened
Comms, coordination, shared picture.
UNITI is built around the three things a unit actually runs on: communications, day-to-day coordination, and the shared picture that ties them together.
Unit Communications
Secure messaging and structured comms — built for degraded networks.
Secure messaging, broadcasts, and structured comms across the unit and to higher formations. Designed for the network conditions units actually have — not the conditions vendor demos run on.
Messages queue locally, prioritise on the wire, and reconcile deterministically across detachments.
- 01End-to-end secure messaging across detachments
- 02Priority queuing and bandwidth-aware delivery
- 03Structured comms for taskings, sitreps, and orders
- 04Operates on intermittent and degraded networks

Day-to-Day Coordination
The operational tempo of a unit, on one surface.
Duty rosters, taskings, leave, postings, and daily routine — the administrative tempo of a unit captured on one operational surface, owned by the unit, not bolted on from HQ.
NCOs and adjutants run their day from the same picture the CO sees, without secondary spreadsheets.
- 01Duty rosters, taskings, and daily routine
- 02Leave, postings, and personnel state at the unit level
- 03Commander, NCO, and personnel views from one source
- 04Hand-off to HEART for HQ-level workflows

Distributed Operational Picture
Shared awareness across detachments — degrades gracefully.
Detachments and forward-deployed elements share an operational picture that replicates when reachable and degrades gracefully when not. No silent divergence, no waiting for a sync window.
When connectivity returns, conflicts resolve deterministically and the picture re-converges.
- 01Shared operational picture across detachments
- 02Deterministic replication and conflict resolution
- 03Graceful degradation under network loss
- 04Hand-off to OneCommand for higher-formation planning

Built for the network you actually have.
A unit-operations platform that assumes good connectivity is no better than a paper chit. UNITI's deployment posture is engineered around the network conditions distributed units actually have.
Offline-First
Connectivity is optional.
UNITI operates without network. Comms, coordination, and operational picture all function locally and sync when reachable.
Edge-Capable
Runs on commodity hardware.
Designed to run on the hardware a unit actually has — not a dedicated server cluster. Edge profiles for forward elements with limited compute.
Detachment-Sync
Replication with deterministic conflict resolution.
Detachments converge on the same picture after rejoin. Resolution is deterministic and auditable, not based on whoever happens to sync last.
Field-Hardened
Engineered for the network you have.
Bandwidth-aware delivery, priority queuing, and graceful degradation. Built for intermittent and lossy links, not idealised vendor benchmarks.
How units are using UNITI.
Anonymised examples drawn from active engagements. Formation and unit identifiers are illustrative.
01
Infantry Battalion
Day-to-day coordination with a commander's picture.
Duty rosters, taskings, and a unit operational picture across the battalion. The CO sees what NCOs and adjutants are running on.
02
Forward-Deployed Detachment
Comms and tasking under intermittent connectivity.
Detachments operate without dependable network. Comms queue, taskings execute, and the picture syncs when reachable — without losing operational continuity.
03
Higher Formation HQ
Visibility across constituent units.
Roll-up across constituent units feeds the higher formation's picture without forcing units onto an unfamiliar surface.
Other platforms in the operational spine.
OneCommand
(MapPlan)
Terrain, signals, logistics, and operations on one geospatial surface — GIS, HF/VHF/UHF propagation, fleet tracking, war planning, and surveillance.
Learn MoreINDEA
Indigenous AI platform for on-prem inference, retrieval, and mission-tuned reasoning across classified data.
Learn MoreATMA
End-to-end training lifecycle management — curricula, assessments, readiness, and skills analytics.
Learn MorePilots scope to a single unit — then extend along the formation.
We typically begin with a single battalion or equivalent, validate the field profile in actual operational conditions, then extend across the formation.
